The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new, I had exceptional experience.
The staff was very amiable and service-oriented, so I would have stayed for longer. Everything was perfect, countryside hotel, the location was beautiful just off the nature, Cherbourg-Maupertus airport and restaurants. Loved central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea makers in the room. The breakfast had plenty of options and included pastries and yogurt...

Breakfast: The morning spread at this former factory turned B&B was a delightful experience. Imagine enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace or in the dining room with a cozy fireplace, like being in your own rustic countryside kitchen.
Limited storage: The only downside we encountered during our stay was the lack of storage space in the room. But hey, who needs extra storage when you're surrounded by the charm of the countryside?

One thing I absolutely loved about this charming B&B was its beautiful decoration and attention to detail. The old factory buildings have been tastefully restored, preserving hints of their industrial history. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for a senior like me to navigate and relax. It truly felt like stepping back in time while enjoying all the modern comforts.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more accessible options for dining within walking distance. As lovely as the children working there were in recommending and reserving restaurants, it would have been nice to have the convenience of a nearby place to eat without coordination.

The B&B was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of homemade yogurts and pastries. The location was convenient, with easy parking and close proximity to a small harbor and Saturday market.
The payment process was confusing and inconvenient. It was not clear that the 30% deposit was not deducted from the credit card and could potentially cause misunderstandings.

The interior of this newly renovated old dairy is absolutely mind-blowing, with its beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. The history of the building shines through in every corner. The loft room we stayed in was super, complete with a spa bath, lounge, and charming nooks that our daughter adored. The communal spaces for reading and sunbathing were jaw-dropping, and the easy parking made life so much easier for us with our bike rack. The owners were incredibly helpful and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner in a nearby town with a small harbor and Saturday market. Breakfast was a continental feast, with homemade yogurt and pastries that were beyond delicious. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night, but next time we'll definitely stay longer to fully enjoy the area and the hospitality. The communication with the hosts before our visit was simple and they spoke perfect English. We met other couples, including cyclists, who were also having an amazing time in this non-smoking property. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms, on-site car park, leisure/TV room, electric kettle, and well-equipped kitchen were just the cherry on top! And did I mention the stunning views and the wide range of activities like cycling.

The renovated building was absolutely stunning and provided great photo opportunities. The owners were helpful and accommodating by providing recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and the location offered a peaceful escape from the city.
The payment process was not clearly explained, causing confusion and frustration during check-out. one of the other guests was dishonest and stole a valuable item, tarnishing an otherwise enjoyable experience.
